The Horncastle Group has recently bought and extending to circa 18.4 acres with the ideal benifit of planning consent.
Following the submission of a new application, consent has now been granted for the development of a new business park which could incorporate a range of high quality office, industrial and hybrid units. Within the development there is also provision for a range on business ’starter’ units to encourage small business and fuel local economic growth.
The site is on Main Road just as you come off the A63 onlng the B1230 to the right.
