It works to do this by:
  • € Providing training, consultancy and individual support.
  • € Sharing ideas, knowledge and experience informally but also through a Skills Bank.
  • € Coordinating learning networks.

About the Office / Business Manager job

This valuable job in our small team will:

  • € Provide administrative and support services to the staff and Directors of Inclusion North.
  • € Support the project team in organising events & training, ensuring that there is good marketing, delegate management & resources.
  • € Help develop Inclusion North’s policies and procedures.
  • € Manage Inclusion North’s office and resources.
  • € Develop and manage external communications especially with our members.
  • € Process day to day financial payments, receipts & invoices.

Project Co-ordinator

Following the successful acquisition of National Lottery Fairshare funding through the Hull & East Yorkshire Community Foundation, The Thorpes Community Association

have three salaried part-time posts available:

Project Co-ordinator

Salary – £11,936 per annum

Hours – 22 hours per week to be arranged

The successful candidate will possess amongst other skills:

  • Experience of running child/young peoples’ orientated activities

  • Experience of setting programs of work for children & young people

  • Experience of completing monitoring tasks and a working knowledge of I.T.

  • Dedicated people skills especially within the children/young peoples’ environment

  • Fluent engagement with partnership organisations, children, young people and the public

Sessional Workers x 2

Salary – £5,191 per annum

Hours – 6 hours per week to be arranged

The successful candidates will be amongst other things:

  • Enthusiastic

  • Creative

  • Energetic

  • Able to engage fluently with children & young people, the public and associate organisations
