<p>To assist KIDS in achieving our vision and strategic objectives through the effective development and management of KIDS Strut’s charity shops. <p><strong>Regional Fundraiser (Community) – 18 hrs per week</strong></p>

<p>To devise a community fundraising programme and support network in the local area. The successful candidate will develop fundraising opportunities with individual, corporate and trust supporters; researching, and organising fundraising activities enabling targets to be met.</p>

<p><strong>The successful candidate will:</strong></p>
<p>Deliver advice, support and information through the direct access element of the service based in Hull</p>
<p>Manage a caseload of service users with alcohol related problems</p>
<p>Liaison with elements of the criminal justice system, in particular HMP Hull and Humberside Probation Trust is key to this role.</p>
<p>The successful applicant will have a professional qualification, some evidenced experience of working with alcohol use or substances misuse treatment approaches and ideally have knowledge of the criminal justice system. Previous experience of developing and delivering group work would be advantageous.</p>
<p>Some evening work will be required on a rota basis.</p>

<p>We are a small team who has recently decided to ‘take the plunge’ and extend our customer base.  Therefore the person we appoint would need to be competent and confident enough to help us promote the service to potential new customers.  Our main aim is to increase the income we generate to hopefully help us fund this post but until then, we can only offer it on a voluntary basis. </p>
<p>The position is available to work every Monday and/or every Friday.  We can pay all your travel and meal expenses.   </p>

<p>The Dance Worker will have overall responsibility for developing a series of community based dance workshops in deprived wards across Hull and identifying and developing a team of Dance Champions. Co-ordinating volunteers and working as part of a busy arts team.</p>
<p>Salary is £20,198 pro rata per annum, part time for 20 hours per week, working days to be agreed. The post will offer work for up to two and a half years (to be reviewed annually).</p>

<p>Rainbow Garden (North Hull) has been established as one of the best community gardens in the city for almost a decade. It is used by a wide and diverse range of people; from local families and schools to disabled groups and refugees. We regularly organise activities for these groups, as well as remain open to the public most days of the week as a place of peace and relaxation in an otherwise hectic world.</p>
<p>To provide for our expanding work we are looking for a committed individual to work as our Garden Assistant.</p>
<p>This role will involve carrying out basic maintenance of the garden, working with a team of local work guarantee and work experience placements, being available to support community group visits, and help organise and run community events run at the garden.</p>
<p>We are willing to consider all applicants with a desire to work in the local community, and with at least an interest in gardening (no professional skills needed as training will be provided).</p>
